Acreditación CEAL

The Professional Association of Socio-Labor and Equality Auditing (CEAL) privately regulates the activity of professionals engaged in this activity, publishes private Technical Standards, in order to guarantee the professionalism, independence and transparency of all its associates.
Among its functions is to order and regulate the profession of the Labor Auditor, having as basic functions the following:
• Elaborate the Technical Standards for the Execution of audit work.
• Establish the Code of Professional Conduct and the Ethical Standards.
• Carry out the Audit scripts and manuals.
• Control the material and formal quality of professional work.
• Promote the study of work methodology and audit techniques.
• Establish the training and continuous specialization of its members.‍
